Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients
• 0.9 lt. chicken stock
• 1 cup fine noodles
• 1 cup diced cooked chicken meat
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tsp corriander leaves (chopped)
Method
1. Bring stock to a boil in a large saucepan, add noodles and chicken.
2. Simmer uncovered about 10 minutes, until noodles are tender.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in parsley and serve hot.
