Cauliflower Soup - II
Ingredients
• 250 grams cauliflower
• 1 small onion (chopped)
• 3 cups skim milk
• 1 tsp. butter
• Salt and pepper according to taste
Method
1. Put the cauliflower, milk and 3 cups of water in a vessel and bring to boil.
2. When cooked, blend in a mixer and strain.
3. Heat the butter and cook the onion for 1/2 minute.
4. Add the soup and boil for 5 minutes.
5. Add salt and pepper. Serve hot. Top with chopped coriander.
