Breakfast Shake with Yogurt IV

Serves 2-4

Ingredients

• 1 cup orange or tangerine juice
• 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• 1 tsp honey
• fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
 
Method

1. Blend orange or tangerine juice, pineapple juice, and honey in a blender together.
2. Now add yogurt and crushed ice and blend.
3. Serve chilled.
