Cold Coffee with Ice-Cream

serves 2

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup crushed ice
• 3 tsp. sugar or Sugar substitute
• 1 tsp. of your favorite instant coffee

Method

1. Blend at high speed in a blender till frothy.
2. Serve chilled.
3. Top with 1 scoop of vanilla bean ice-cream.
