Power Shake
Serves 2-4
Ingredients
1/8 cup raisins
2 tbsp dates or figs, chopped
1/8 cup prunes
1 cup water
l cup milk
(You can use 1 cup soy milk instead of cow’s milk if desired.)
Method
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend for a few minutes.
2. Serve chilled.
