Fruit Punch

Serves 2

Ingredients

• 30 ml pineapple juice (canned)
• 30 ml orange juice
• 30 m mango juice
• 15 ml fresh cream
• 10 ml soda
• A dash of rose syrup
• 4 ice cubes

For garnishing

• 1 slice each sweet lime, cherry & pineapple

Method
 
1. Put the ice cubes in a tumbler glass.
2. Add pineapple juice, mango juice and orange juice to the glass.
3. Add rose syrup and stir gently.
4. Float with beaten cream and top it with soda.
5. Served garnished with cherry, pineapple and sweet lime slices.
