Jal Jeera ( a real summer drink)

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp Cumin seeds - dry roasted and ground fine
• 2 tbsp Mint leaves paste
• 1/2 tsp fresh Corriandar leaves paste
• 1 tbsp Dried mango powder/Amchur
• 1/2 tsp Black salt (an important ingredient for this recipe)
• 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice
• Pinch of Sugar and Salt
• 5 cups of Chilled water
• Mint Leaves for garnishing

Method

1. In a bowl mix all of the above ingredients except the water and mix well. Add the cold water. 
2. Serve chilled and garnished with mint leaves.
