Black Currant Tea

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp black currant jam
• 3/4 cup boiling water

Method

1. Put the jam in the bottom of a cup.
2. Pour the boiling water over it.
3. Stir until the jam dissolves.
4. Serve hot.

Note

Good for children and people suffering from cold and cough etc.
