Icy Punch

Ingredients
 
• Three scoops of peach sorbet (or another peach fruit ice)
• Chilled ginger ale (or Sprite, 7-up, etc.)

Method

1. Allow the peach sorbet to soften slightly for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. Place three smallish scoops of peach sorbet in the champage glass.
3. Slowly pour chilled ginger ale over the peach sorbet.
4. Do not stir, but serve immediately.
