Carrot Grass
Ingredients
• 3 carrots
• 2-3 inch round of wheatgrass
Method
1. Juice all the ingredients after making them perfectly clean and enjoy.
2. Add ¼ cup of water if it is too strong.
Rainbow
Ingredients
• 1 small beet
• 1 pear
• 1 apple
• small piece of ginger
• 2 inches salsify root
• 4 celery stalks
• 10-12 carrots
• 1 small parsnip
Method
Juice all the ingredients after making them perfectly clean and enjoy.
Tomato with greens
Ingredients
• Handful of spinach
• 3 stalks of celery
• 2 stalks of asparagus
• 1 large tomato
• 1 cherry tomato (garnish)
Method
1. Bunch up the spinach and juice with the celery the set aside.
2. Juice the asparagus with the tomato.
3. Combine the two mixtures, stir and garnish with the cherry tomato
Hot n Sour
Ingredients
• 1 large carrot
• 1 sweet apple
• 1 tomato
• ½ cucumber
• ½ bell pepper
• 1 stalk celery
• 1 zucchini
• 2 or 3 pepperoncinis
Method
1. Juice the carrot, apple and tomato together and set aside.
2. Now juice the cucumber, bell pepper, celery, zucchini and pepperoncinis.
3. Combine the two mixtures, stir and drink immediately.
Veg Combo
Ingredients
• 1 cucumber
• 1 small beet
• ½ rhubarb stalk
• 1 apple
• 1 pear
• 8 carrots
• 1 small purple top turnip
• 5 celery stalks
Method
Juice everything separately, combine and enjoy.
Real Cool
Ingredients
• 3 carrots
• 1/2 cucumber
• 1/2 beet with the greens
Method
1. Wash everything. Cut the cucumber into quarters and strips.
2. Cut the beet into sections. Process it all in your juicer and enjoy.
Light and healthy
Ingredients
• 4 carrots
• 1/2 cucumber
Method
Juice all the ingredients after making them perfectly clean and enjoy.
Power Drink
Ingredients
• 8 large carrots
• 1/2 large beet
• 1/2 turnip
• 1/2 parsnip
• 5 celery stalks
• 1/4 rutabaga
• 1/8 head red cabbage.
• 5 radishes
• 1 large apple
• 1 cup cranberries
Method
1. Wash everything, peel where needed and cut into sections where needed.
2. Juice together in your juicer, mix and enjoy.
Iron rich
Ingredients
• 3-4 carrots
• 1 stalk celery
• 1/2 cup chopped parsley
• 1/2 cup chopped spinach, packed
Method
1. Wash everything, peel the carrots and dry the leafy greens.
2. Juice all in the order given and enjoy.
Simply Green
Ingredients
• 2 stalks of celery
• 4 large spinach leaves
• 1 half cup parsley
• 2-3 inch round of wheatgrass
Method
1. Wash greens thoroughly, cut up celery and juice.
2. Add ¼ cup of water to this juice if it’s too strong.
