After Lunch Tea
• 1 tsp, fresh, grated or dried ginger root
• 2 cups water
• ¼ tsp each peppermint leaf, anise seed and cinnamon
• 1 tsp honey (optional)
1. Simmer ginger in water a few minutes, then remove it from heat.
Add other ingredients.
2. Cover and steep for about 20 minutes.
3. Strain and serve.
