Apple milk shake I

Serves  2


• 1/4 kg Apples
• 2 cups milk (with cream)
• 10 tsp sugar 
• 1 cup water


1. Peel the apples and cut into large pieces. Remove the seeds.
2. Blend apple and sugar well in a blender.
3. Add milk, water and crushed ice and blend again.
4. Serve chilled.
