Breakfast Shake I
• 3 cups Skim milk
• 1/4 cup All bran cereal
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
• 1 Medium apple (sliced)
1. Freeze 2 1/2 cups of the milk in a cube tray overnight.
2. Put the bran, cinnamon, vanilla, and fruit into a blender. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of milk. Blend for 20 seconds.
3. Continue blending and slowly, one at a time, add two-thirds of the frozen milk cubes. Keep the remaining cubes for future use.
