Breakfast Shake

Serves 1

Ingredients
 
1/2 banana
1/2 to 1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla ice milk or low fat ice cream
1 tbsp. oat bran

Method

1. Blend all the ingredients together with crushed ice.
2. Serve chilled.
