Carrot milkshake

Serves  2-4

• 6 Baby Carrots
• 6 tbsp Sugar
• 2 cups cold milk
• a pinch of cardmom powder


1. Grate the carrots
2. Blend carrots and sugar.
3. Add milk and crushed ice and blend again.
4. Serve chilled.
