Coconut Milkshake

Serves  2


• 1/2 cup coconut
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp – cream(optional)

1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender on the “blend” cycle for 5 minutes and then on “whip” cycle for 5 minutes.
2. Serve chilled.
