Coffee Punch

Serves 20


• 24 cups black coffee at room temperature
• 4 cups heavy cream
• 4 cups coffee ice cream
• 4 cups vanilla ice cream
• 3/4 cup sugar or to taste
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon


1. Mix coffee, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon all together in a bowl until sugar dissolves.
2. In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
3. Blend cream into coffee.
4. Break ice cream into pieces with a spoon. Add to coffee mixture.
