Creamy Chilled Onion & Greenpea Soup


• 1/2 cup onions (chopped)
• 1 cup green peas
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 piece of clove
• 3 cups water
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 200g fresh cream
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Few coriander leaves( chopped)


1. Heat butter in a pan, add onions, clove and saute till tender
2. Add green peas, water and cook till done.
3. Remove the clove, cool and blend to a puree.
4. Mix salt, pepper, fresh cream, lemon juice and chill in refrigerator.
5. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
