Creamy Vegetable Soup


• 2 cups mixed vegetables (French beans, carrots, green peas)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 1/2 tbsp plain flour or corn flour
• 3 cups milk or cream
• 2 tbsp butter
• Grated cheese for serving


1. Heat the butter and fry the onion for 1 minute.
2. Add the vegetables and fry again for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add 3 cups of water and cook until the vegetables are soft and tender.
4. Mix the flour and milk and add to the vegetables.
5. Cook for at least 3 to 4 minutes or until the mixture gets boiled.
6. Serve hot with grated cheese.
