Dried Fruit Shake

Serves  2-4


• 4 Figs
• 6 Dates
• 4 Apricot
• 25 gm Almond (Skinned)
• 25 gm Sugar
• 500 ml Milk
• 1/4 cup Honey 
• 1/2 cup  Light Cream
• 2 tbsp (Chopped) Pista
• 1 Chocolate bar (optional)


1. Soak the first 4 ingredients in hot water for 4 hours. Then remove water and grind it nicely in a mixer or blender.
2. Add milk and sugar and blend it again.
3. Add honey and cream finally and blend everything smoothly.
4. Pour into a container and refrigerate till it becomes chilled.
5. Pour into tall glasses and add chopped pista on top.
6. Garnish with grated chocolate.
