Egg Flip

Serves  1

• 1 raw egg
• 1 glass cold milk
• 2 tbsp sugar or glucose
• A pinch of nutmeg
• Whipped cream (optional)


1. Mix the milk, egg, sugar in a vessel and blend them together in a blender.
2. Pour in a glass and add grated nutmeg.
3. Serve chilled with whipped cream on top, if desired.
