Healthy Shake

Serves 1

• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1 tbsp. honey
• 1 ripe banana
• 3 tbsp. wheat germ
• 1 tsp. instant coffee


1. Blend all the ingredients together with crushed ice.
2. Serve chilled.
3. Stir occasionally while drinking, to keep the wheat germ in suspension.
