Mexican Bean Soup

• 250 gm turkey, ground/cooked
• 1/2 cup onions, chopped
• 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
• 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
• 1 cup taco sauce
• ¾ cup red beans, drained/rinsed
• ¾ cup kidney beans, drained/rinsed
• ½ cup tomatoes, crushed/undrained
1. In a skillet, cook turkey, onions, and peppers until vegetables are tender and meat is no longer pink.
2. Add taco seasoning mix, taco sauce, beans, and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Serve hot.
