Mixed Green Soup


• 1 tbsp. moong dal (washed)
• 200 gms. spinach
• 100 gms. carrot
• 100 gms. radish
• A handful of coriander leaves
• 7-8 lettuce leaves
• 2 large tomatoes
• 1 tsp. ginger (chopped)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 100 gm paneer
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 1/2 tsp. garam masala powder
• 1/2 tsp. butter
• Some White pepper powder
• Some mint leaves
• Salt according to taste

For garnishing

• 2 tbsp. grated coconut

For preparing coconut milk

• Take 100 gm fresh coconut. Cut into pieces. Put into a blender with 1/2 cup water and make a paste.Squeeze out the milk.


1. Cut the paneer into cubes.
2. Wash the tomatoes and all the green leaves and chop them finely.
3. Heat butter in a pressure cooker and slightly fry the chopped onion and ginger.
4. Add dal, tomatoes and chopped green leaves and water.
5. Cook for 10 minutes. Cool and put it into a blender and crush properly.
6. Sieve and put again on fire. Add paneer cubes, dry masalas and coconut milk.
7. Boil again for one minute.
8. Serve hot garnished with grated coconut.
