Orange Date Yogurt Shake

Serves 2

• 1/2 cup whole pitted dates
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt


1. Blend together dates and orange juice in blender until a fine puree forms.
2. Add frozen yogurt and blend.
3. Serve chilled.
