Soy Tea


• ½ cup soy milk
• ½ cup water
• 1 tsp black tea
• Pinch cardamom powder
• Pinch ginger powder

1. Combine soy milk and water and bring to a boil.
2. Add tea and steep for 20 minutes.
3. Strain; add cardamom and ginger. Ginger can be omitted in summers.
