Spicy Buttermilk (namkeen lassi)
• 1 cup Plain yoghurt
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 4 Ice Cubes
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tsp Finely chopped green chilies
• Chopped coriander (cilantro)
1. Combine all the ingredients except mustard seeds and oil and blend in an electric blender.
2. Heat little oil in a small pan and put mustard seeds. When it starts to pop remove from heat and pour this over the yoghurt.
3. Now add some chilled water according to your taste and serve cold.
