Spicy Pineapple Punch
• 500 ml pineapple juice
• 225 ml water
• 12.5 cm cinnamon, broken into pieces
• 6 cloves
• 6 green cardamoms, crushed
• 1 1/2 tsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
1. Put the water, half the pineapple juice, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and mint into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover the pan, and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
2. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Keep the pan covered.
3. Strain the drink and add the remaining pineapple juice. Mix well.
4. Serve chilled.
