Spicy Veg. Punch

Serves 3


• 1 1/2 cups chilled low sodium vegetable juice
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1/4 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 medium cucumber, sliced for garnish
• dash of hot pepper sauce
• 1 cup ice cubes


1. Blend vegetable juice, lime juice, chili powder, and hot sauce with crushed ice.
2. Immediately pour into chilled glasses.
3. Garnish with cucumber slices.
