Dried Fruit Shake
Serves 2-4
Ingredients
• 4 Figs
• 6 Dates
• 4 Apricot
• 25 gm Almond (Skinned)
• 25 gm Sugar
• 500 ml Milk
• 1/4 cup Honey
• 1/2 cup Light Cream
• 2 tbsp (Chopped) Pista
• 1 Chocolate bar (optional)

• 2 glasses of whole milk
• 1 cup water
• 1 tbsp. blanched almonds
• 1 tbsp. Pistachios
• 1 tbsp. Poppy Seeds
• 6 cashew nuts

Ingredients
• 15 almonds
• 8 cardamom pods
• 10 pepper corns
• 1 1/4 cups milk
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 tbsp fennel seeds
• 1 tsp white poppy seeds
• 3 - 4 tbsp sugar
• Crushed Ice

Ingredients
1/8 cup raisins
2 tbsp dates or figs, chopped
1/8 cup prunes
1 cup water
l cup milk
(You can use 1 cup soy milk instead of cow’s milk if desired.)
Method
