• 2 tbsp pineapple juice
• 2 tbsp coconut cream
• 1 tbsp half cream
• 3 tbsp strawberry puree
• 3 tbsp lime juice
• 1/2 tbsp simple syrup
• 1 cup ice, crushed

Chickoo Milk Shake

Serves  2-4
Ingredients
 
• 4 cubed chickoos
• 1/2 litre milk
• 6-8 tsp granulated sugar
• Ice cubes
Method
1. Remove skin and seeds from chickoos and cut into cubes.
2. Put cubed chickoos with sufficient milk in a blender and blend until a smooth paste forms.
3. Add rest of the milk, sugar, ice cubes and blend for another 15-20 seconds
4. Serve chilled in tall glasses.

Ingredients
• 1 cup mango pulp
• 6 cups whole milk or any milk of your choice
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 12 ice cubes
Method
1. Put half of the quantities of the above ingredients into the blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Make another batch.
4. Serve chilled.

• 1/2 cup pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice
• 1 large banana — cut into quarters
• 1 and 1/2 cups low fat milk
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/4 kg Apples
• 2 cups milk (with cream)
• 10 tsp sugar 
• 1 cup water
Method
1. Peel the apples and cut into large pieces. Remove the seeds.

• ½ cup sweetened condensed milk, chilled - not evaporated milk
• 1 cup applesauce, chilled
• 1/2 cup apple juice or apple cider, chilled
• 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
• crushed ice

1. Blend sweetened condensed milk, applesauce, apple juice, and apple pie spice together.

• 1 cup Sapota fruit portion(after removing the seeds)
• 1 cup milk (boiled and cooled)
• 4 tsp sugar
• almond essence as required
Method
1. Beat the fruit and sugar in a blender. Add milk, essence and crushed ice.
2. Serve chilled.

• 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup peaches, peeled, pitted, cut up into chunks
• 1 cup cold orange juice
• 2 strawberries (garnish)
