Breakfast Shake I

Ingredients
• 3 cups Skim milk
• 1/4 cup All bran cereal
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
• 1 Medium apple (sliced)
Method
1. Freeze 2 1/2 cups of the milk in a cube tray overnight.

• 6 Baby Carrots
• 6 tbsp Sugar
• 2 cups cold milk
• a pinch of cardmom powder
Method
1. Grate the carrots
