Mint Buttermilk

Serves 2
Ingredients
• 1 cup Plain yoghurt
• 15 leaves Mint
• 1/2 inch piece  Ginger
• 1/2 tsp Chopped green chili
• 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 4 Ice cubes
• Chopped coriander (cilantro)
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients except coriander and blend in an electric blender.
2. Add some water, garnish with chopped coriander and serve cold

Mango Buttermilk

Serves 2
Ingredient
• 1 cup Plain yoghurt
• 3/4 cup (chopped)  Ripe mango
• 2 tbls Sugar
• 4 Ice cubes
• 1 cup Chilled Water/Chilled Milk
Method
1. Blend all the ingredients in an electric blender.
2. Serve cold.
