Ingredients
• 2 cups water
• 3 whole cloves
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 3 to 4 cardamom pods (cracked open)
• 1/4 cup loose black tea (or 4 tea bags)
• 2 cups milk
• 4 tbsp of sugar (or a little less)
Method
1. Bring water, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom to a boil.
2. Add tea and milk and bring to a boil.

Soy Tea
Ingredients
• ½ cup soy milk
• ½ cup water
• 1 tsp black tea
• Pinch cardamom powder
• Pinch ginger powder
Method
1. Combine soy milk and water and bring to a boil.
2. Add tea and steep for 20 minutes.
3. Strain; add cardamom and ginger. Ginger can be omitted in summers.

Ingredients
• 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp roasted coriander seeds
