Apple Soup-I
Ingredients
• 4 Good Sized Apples
• 2 tbsp. Butter
• 3 cups Hot Water
• 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1 tbsp. Honey
Method
1. Wash well, halve and shred apples without peeling.
2. Simmer for 10 minutes in pan with water and lemon juice then sieve.
3. Return to pan with lemon, honey, butter and cinnamon. Bring to boil then simmer for 15 minutes, stir occasionally.

Apple Soup-II
Ingredients
• 500 gm Sour Apples
• 120 gm Sugar
• 30 gm Butter
• 1 tbsp. Cider Vinegar
• Juice and Grated Rind of 1 Lemon
• 2 tbsp. Corn flour
• 2 cups Water
• 2 tbsp. Milk
• 1 tbsp.. Currants.
Method
1. Chop the apples and cook with the juice and rind of lemon.
