Tomato and Soybean Soup


• 2 Cups Tomatoes (diced)
• 1/2 Cup Cooked Soybeans
• 4 tbsp. Grated Onion
• Salt and pepper according to Taste
• 1 Cup Water


1. Simmer all ingredients together for 20 minutes.
2. Blend and strain. Serve garnished with corriandar leaves.
