• 4-5 tomatoes (chopped)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 3 garlic flakes
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Toasted bread slices for garnishing
1. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry onions along with crushed garlic for few minutes.
2. Boil tomatoes in a vessel, cool them, blend and sieve to a fine puree.
3. Add this puree to the onion mixture, salt, pepper powder and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with chopped corriander leaves and serve hot.
