Vegetable Soy Cream Soup
• 1 Cup Carrots (Diced)
• 1 Cup Green Onions (Diced)
• 1/2 Cup Soy Flour
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 Cup Water
1. Cover carrots and onions with water and simmer. When cooked blend and strain.
2. Mix soy flour, salt and water. Add to hot vegetable puree. Make a soup type consistency and heat well.
3. Serve garnished with corriandar leaves.
